Unlike the "conveyor belt" approach of many grooming salons, we provide dedicated 1:1 care for each dog in a calm and focused environment. When you visit us, you’ll see our open-plan salon, where each dog receives the groomer's full attention from start to finish. How old does my puppy need to be for their first cut?

We recommend starting with a puppy introduction groom from 12 weeks old and continuing with monthly sessions to help them become comfortable with the grooming process. By 6 months, they’ll be ready for their first full groom! Puppy intros are essential for creating a positive experience, helping your puppy feel relaxed and at ease in the grooming environment as they grow. If you have any questions or need advice, just give us a call!

How long does it take?

Grooming times can vary based on your dog’s size, temperament, and the chosen style of cut. For dogs new to grooming, we may recommend a ‘meet and greet’ session first, where we can assess your dog’s comfort level and willingness to be groomed. This helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for them.

How can I describe what I want the cut to be?

We know the feeling of trying to explain that perfect cut you have seen, we are well experienced in all styles so come and have a chat with us! Alternatively if you have an image you can provide us with this for reference

Do you cage dogs?

Absolutely not! We believe caging causes unnecessary stress and fear for dogs. Our open and comfortable salon environment allows them to feel calm and secure throughout their grooming experience.

Do you sell any items?

We stock a wide range of Dog Grooming essentials for regular maintenance of coats at home, as well as Harnesses, Collars, Leads, Poo Bags, Dog Cologne and many other items. Feel free to pop in for any advice.
